We loved staying at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive - we found not a single dirty spot in our room or bathroom. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, especially the tasty breakfast every morning. Transportation around this city was easy, with the hotel's location in a residential area close to the city center and very near to the prime attraction of the area. The staff are the best part of this hotel - always welcoming and helpful.
Nothing could have been better.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to restaurants and a supermarket. the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. the fact that there was a restaurant in the neighbourhood was also a plus point.
The staff was not very helpful and were even rude at times. They charged extra for using the AC and card payments.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for touring the city due to its easy access to all the famous tourist locations in the neighbourhood. the hotel is situated in a residential area close to the centre, which allows you to have a more authentic experience of living like a local. the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and properly maintained. the breakfast and dinner are delicious options.
The service could be improved in terms of promptness. Some guests delayed receiving their orders by up to an hour.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities such as in-room breakfast and private facilities made us feel pampered. the garden area and outdoor dining were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the friendly staff provided excellent service and the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which required a short drive to reach tourist sites. this was easily remedied by the hotel arranging a driver for us.

The homemade meals were scrumptious, and the friendly staff made our stay trouble-free. They graciously arranged all the necessary amenities. The room and bathroom were always spotless. The convenience of having the key locations nearby was a bonus. Plus, we felt comfortable walking around the area even at night.
Though the staff was friendly, one of the owners could be a tad bit pushy in selling their extra products. , it was a disappointment that they were not prepared for card payments even after the owner assured us of it before, leading to a stressful experience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
